Gary Youth Mission Trip to Fundaniños in Guatemala

Pricing & Registration

Early Registration: December 15th cost $1,000
Final Registration: January 31st cost $1,100

Price includes airfare, travelers insurance, and all food & lodging for the week in Guatemala. Does not include spending money for meals at the airport or excursion expenses.

$100 deposit & Gary Youth permission slip are required to register for the trip.

 
DATES TO KNOW
We will be meeting monthly as a team in preparation for our trip. These meetings are very important; only 2 excused absences will be allowed.


February 12th, 4-5:30 p.m.: Introductory & Financial Aid meeting

March 11th, 3-5 p.m.:
Soup & Chili Cook-off/Auction setup

March 12th, 4-10 p.m.:
Soup & Chili Cook-off/Auction

**April 23rd, 6-8 p.m.:
Team meeting and passport copies due

May 21st, 6-8 p.m.:
Team meeting

June 25th, 6-8 p.m.:
Team meeting A Google calendar with all dates & times can be shared with any parents & students who’d like access to it!
