Gary Church is a vibrant faith community where members engage in worship, fellowship, formation and mission. While each of these areas is crucial to our growth as disciples, worship is where our life as the church comes together. Worship is at the core of who we are as disciples of Jesus. Worship style and authenticity is also what initially draws many visitors to a particular church community. 

Recognizing the importance of the Sunday morning worship experience in both our growth as disciples and our growth as a church community, Gary Church recently formed a new Worship Visioning Team to assess various aspects of our Sunday worship experience including music, liturgy, aesthetics, use of technology, spiritual vitality and community engagement. The team created and distributed a congregational survey, and your feedback provided a wealth of helpful information. We received 95 surveys with over 500 comments. Thank you!

Survey scores and many comments were very positive, reinforcing the many reasons we love Gary: warm hospitality, friendly faces, beautiful music, meaningful prayers and sermons and a nurturing children’s program.
